SUNDAY FROM 12-2PM: A very special collaboration celebrating Alex Wiley’s “Tangerine Dream (I & II)”
You may know Alex Wiley’s “Navigator Truck,” ft. Chance the Rapper & Calez, or you might have heard Alex featured on Chance’s “Windows.”
Alex teamed up with one of our favorite Shmeal chefs, J.C., to create an unforgettable meal inspired by Alex’s breakout albums Tangerine Dream (I & II):
Sunday from 12-2PM. J.C. and Alex’s 🍊Tangerine Dream Chicken Skewer Bowl:
💬J.C.: “This meal includes an assortment of delicious skewers including:
Orange chicken: breaded and fried chunks of chicken thighs covered in a homemade citrus sauce
Duck a l’orange: roast duck with a homemade citrus glaze
Scallop pork egg roll: made with carrot, onion, garlic, cilantro, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce
Prawn: grilled with a sweet and spicy marinade
Assorted veggies: flavored with garlic butter for fiber!
All of the skewers are served over fire noodles in a garlic butter sauce.”
