Q: What’s your cooking background?

Sharon: I started cooking as a prep cook at a James Beard award winning restaurant in Cambridge, MA. I then moved on to other restaurants, casual, fine dining and owning my own. Most recently I was at Macy’s for 12 years running various restaurants.

Q: Where did you grow up and what kind of food did you grow up with?

Sharon: I grew up in Rhode Island and we ate lots of lobstah and chowdah and crispy thin Johnnycakes.

Q: What’s your favorite food memory?

Sharon: My favorite food memory is cooking for Julia Child, Jacques Pepin and 14 of their friends!

Sharon: I can make a tasty meal out of whatever is in the house. I enjoy hosting dinner for our friends and catering intimate parties.
